RemyMoCo Higgins is a private, single-user personal assistant that helps its owner manage email, documents, tasks and reminders.

Higgins accesses a dedicated Gmail account using Google OAuth 2.0.
The Gmail connection requests permission to read, manage and send email. Higgins’ current workflow monitors the inbox, processes emails deliberately forwarded by its authorised owner, and prepares outgoing emails for owner approval.
Higgins does not automatically send drafted emails without the owner’s explicit approval through Telegram.
Higgins may process email addresses, message headers, email contents, attachments, documents, task information and reminders.
The assistant uses this information to identify relevant messages, summarise documents, help manage tasks and prepare authorised communications.
Higgins primarily operates on the owner’s Windows computer.
Email archives, document summaries and assistant records may be stored locally. Google OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are protected using Windows account-based encryption.
Access to Higgins’ Telegram commands is restricted to the configured owner account.
Higgins uses Google Gmail for email access, Google Gemini for selected AI processing, and Telegram for messaging and notifications.
Relevant content may be transmitted to these services when required to perform an assistant function. The services’ own privacy policies and data-handling terms also apply.
Locally stored information remains available until the owner deletes it or an applicable maintenance process removes it.
The owner can revoke Higgins’ Gmail authorisation through Google Account security settings. Revoking authorisation stops future Google access but does not automatically delete previously stored local records.
This policy will be updated if Higgins’ capabilities or information-handling practices materially change.
